A while back, I was hired to work here

While I was on a ride along with another one of their technicians, I noticed that he had been installing his air-conditioning valve incorrectly and hadn’t properly read the manual and pointed this out to him

Instead of owning his mistake, he went into the office and told them that I was a racist and they had me fired.

Afterwards, I tried to communicate with the office regarding my interaction, and they told me that the manager who I was dealing with was no longer employed there, which was a lie.
