Excellent job from the initial call to the quote done by Kyle all the way to the call that they were able to bump our appointment due to an opening in their schedule and the installation of our new heat pump system by the professional team of Chestermere Heating & Cooling. Just in time to make through the latter part of the summer with an A/C system from Carrier. And of course for all the summers to come.

I would absolutely recommend Kyle over and over again. Incredibly friendly and professional (and the doodles loved him and Daniel so you know they’re good!) and got everything done very efficiently. The entire process was easy and convenient from the initial questions to the competitive quote and instal. I’m about 8m pregnant and Kyle and his crew went out of their way to get us sorted as quickly as possible. Will be using Kyle and his team for all of our future furnace/AC needs and referring Chestermere Heating and Cooling every time someone asks. You'd really be silly not to call them if you need to have someone come in.

Kyle went above and beyond answering a ton of our questions regarding their quote and product. Nowadays it’s rare to feel like someone actually wants your business but they are the exception.

We received an email the day prior to install explaining in detail what the process would look like. This email was a really nice touch. With two young kids and a dog at home, it made our life easy to plan accordingly.

On install day we met Cody, Kevin, and Daniel. They were awesome. Considerate, clean, and friendly! All in all, an awesome experience.

Had a great experience with this company. Kyle was able to give me different options and put together a quote quickly, with no pushy sales tactics. He showed up on time and notified me a few minutes before arriving. He took his time looking over my furnace, which was making a lot of noise, and even took the time to do a few extras, which I was not expecting and which my previous plumber missed while inspecting my furnace. Install/repair happened 4 days after the initial house call (quick turn around time) and I was able to see a very noticeable difference in performance and noise. Would highly recommend their services.
