Castle maintenance is the best furnace and duct guys we know, my grandmother has used them for years before I have. We had a bit of a water heater emergency and they replaced it swiftly and efficiently. Thanks Castle!

Love working with the Castle team! Christian always returns my calls and the prices are so fair. I got my ducts cleaned in October with the team. Loved their service, so I just had them install a new thermostat today. Great people and will book them again in the future.

Not sure where Castles negative review come from. But just had them at the house again and ZERO issues for furnace and fireplace cleaning. Booked them on Thursday. They show up on Monday. Been using Christian and his team for many years and never a complaint.

When our furnace stopped working, Darren helped me diagnose the issue over the phone at night. He showed up in the morning with the replacement part, even cleaned the flame sensor free of charge.
I called them about 3 times over the past 10+ years, always had a positive experience. Thanks for the great service.

We had Darren out today to help us with our dryer venting. He was on time, friendly and courteous . He did a great job. It was fast efficient and he cleaned up after. Our appliance is now working efficiently.
We would recommend this company. We have used this company before for our furnace/duct work and our furnace maintenance. We used them again this time as their previous work was above standard.

We called Darren late during a freezing spell, and he was the only technician to pick up. Although he was unable to send a crew our way (we were over an hour and a half from Calgary), he walked us through steps on what to do next to fix our furnace. He checked in multiple times and made every effort to assist us and offered to send a crew as soon as possible.

I had a terrible experience dealing with Chris or Christian!
I had marketing person phone me to do some maintenance work at a rental we own( first mistake) but had a older tenant use them before, so what the heck go ahead!
Don’t know what kind of maintenance they performed as they were there at 8:15 and gone by 8:30 is what the tenant told me, but what do I know maybe that’s all it takes? I e transfered the money to the company and had asked for a invoice to be emailed to me for my records. Simple right? ( second mistake)
I proceed to call the office for the invoice as it still wasn’t emailed to me and talked to Christian ( big, big mistake) I explained to him what I needed and told him I paid for the service already, I even gave him the invoice number and amount. He did nothing but made me jump through hoops with 3 more emails and 2 more phone calls. End result he threatened to take me to small claims if the bill wasn’t paid in a month!!!
What the hell I said I cannot deal with you, very unprofessional. This guy should not be working for this company ( just my opinion)
He was really good at blaming all his employees and book keeper for there incompetence when he should just be looking at himself
Maybe the guys do good work I really don’t know but I do know that the guy representing the company is terrible!

Communication is not occurring between booking office and technicians. This lack of communication is disappointing, this is not the first time I’ve been disappointed with Castles services. The quote and supposed discount I was supposed to receive, I’ve never paid so much for a service in my life. I’m no longer utilizing their services. I will be outspoken to all friends, family and strangers.
