We noticed our hot water tank had stopped working and called Cascade HVAC Ltd. Cascade was able to send someone to look at it the same day we contacted them. AJ was efficient, professional and took the time to troubleshoot the issue even though we realized our hot water tank was over 10 years old and understood the probable need of a new one. Instead of capitalizing on our acceptance of probably needing a new tank, AJ presented multiple options with full transparency of cost and longevity of the solutions offered. Once we decided to move forward with a new tank, AJ took the time to cost compare and got us an even better tank that held a larger volume and costed less than what we originally had. Cascade was able to have the new tank installed within two days (they had offered sooner availability but our schedule did not allow for this). The HVAC tech Brandon who installed our new tank arrived on time and just as the other members of the Cascade team we had worked with, provided professional and efficient service. Cascade is a locally owned and operated business and you can tell this by how they take care of their customers and do so with integrity. Having a trustworthy and reliable company offering phenomenal service made a huge difference in what could have been a very stressful situation.

I just had Casacade HVAC repalce my home furnace. I called on a Thursday and by the following Tuesday they were onsite and had it repalced. The installers were very efficient, professional and did an amazing job cleaning up. I would not have even known they were there. I would highly recommend using Cascade HVAC, in fact I have already referred a co-worker to them. Service and product are top notch.

I recently had the pleasure of working with Cascade HVAC LTD, and I couldn't be more satisfied with their service. From the moment I contacted Justin for a quote and he was able to accommodate us for an Air Balance service right away. The technician arrived on time, left the place as it was and were very courteous. I find that they discovered issues with my system and the necessary correction. Their expertise was evident, and they worked diligently to ensure everything was in order. The air balance report was completed in a timely manner, and I found their pricing to be the most competitive among 3 other quotes that I got. There were no hidden fees, and the final cost was exactly what was quoted. Overall, their commitment to quality and customer satisfaction is truly commendable.

UPDATE: At some point, Cascade didn't have the right personnel to send out to maintain our equipment. The service went from 5-star to 3-star when they even sent team members who had already been banned from working on our site. I understand that good help is hard to find, but we had to look somewhere else. Cascade HVAC has been a good and reliable service provider for the equipment in our facility. We appreciate the responsiveness and professional service and hope to continue working with them.

The team at Cascade HVAC are top notch! Great service and our install was really well done. Any questions were well answered and they kept me informed throughout the process. I called for an issue with my hot water heater. The technician MIKE was home in 30 minutes and he fixed the issue very quickly. It’s the second time I call them and they are GREAT!!!!
