I cannot believe this is 4.3 star rated hotel through google! It is lower than the 2 stars the hotel world gives it. Firstly, the hotel is run out of the seedy bar next door. They did not clean my room at all (I was there for 4 days). When I asked an older woman who I was told was the maintenance lady, she told me they only clean the rooms once per week. When I asked the bartender as he runs the Camrest Hotel and then again the older maintenance lady for clean towels, I was told to bring my own. I was spoken to as though I was silly for asking. The maintenance lady's exact words were "your old enough to know that when you travel you pack a suitcase for clothes and another suitcase for towels that there are no hotels that supply clean towels to guests more than once per week". I will never stay there again! The Hotel was only partially booked so it was not like they were busy. Horrible customer service! Poorly run hotel.

I booked this room based on price and availability on a busy weekend in camrose . Pleasantly surprised to find that my room, and apparently all of the rest, are newly renovated. Washroom completely redone with new shower , tiles, sink and toilet. HVAC unit new and digital.

It's a 1 star hotel. It's right beside the train tracks and the beds are not comfortable and the bedding it horrible. The tv channels are limited. The walls are thin and the doors allow a chill through the bottom of the door and the power goes out if you use two more outlets. The rooms are not worth the weekly rates or the monthly rates.
