I'm feeling pretty disappointed that I would be charged $201 for an oil change. The guys at the shop had convinced me that Jiffy Lube isn't a good place to get oil changes, so I went to their shop for an oil change. When I asked how much the oil change would be, both mechanics/owners said they didn't know how much the oil change was. Once the oil change was done, that's when I was hit with a bill of $201. Jiffy Lube would have charged me $120, and Northshore Mechanic (my original mechanic) would have charged me $100. If my original mechanic wasn't booked up, I would have gone there.. in the end, I regret going to B's Auto. I truly feel they overpriced me, if they would have told me from the beginning I was going to be charged that much, I would have left.

Highly highly recommend, got audio work done on my car and I’m super pleased with the result. Personally walked me around and showed me what he was working on/already completed to get ideas for what I wanted beforehand, was very knowledgeable about car audio systems. Really friendly, kept me updated with everything. He did everything that I asked and came in below budget, and didn’t take advantage of me because I was younger. Honest, hard working people and will be going back in the future.

This Auto shop was incredible! They did everything to help me, when I came into some issues while trying to pass thru town. Talked me thru everything and explained ..... so that I actually knew what was happening with my vehicle. Super knowledgeable, cared about me and my well being ( don't see that to often anymore)

Very happy to recommend this new shop - I will definitely come here again if I need a mechanic. Brian checked my possessed vehicle out when it was doing crazy things and was quick, friendly, responsive, and honest. I felt like I had been treated extremely fairly when I left.

expensive for barely any work done,way overpriced,to grab the vehicle felt like a hassle and not friendly people, didn’t even bleed brakes properly cause one bleeder was still seized so he never bled brakes properly and was no leak where he told us there was, this guy can fix but has no clue how to do it properly
