Was needing to be seen pretty quick, but the wait times for my local place had over 10hr wait time...got to Bow Island in less than 1/10th the time, and was seen immediately.
Yes blood work took a bit of time, but it's a smaller hospital and it was the middle of the night. I am very appreciative of the Bow Island staff.

Bowisland doctors should go to school to learn how to read, my daughter was at the emergency a couple of weeks ago that doctor almost killed her she gaved her medicine for a 10 year old boy she messed up her chart with a 10 year old boy, those medicine was totally against her body she got very sick she almost got an anaphylactic shok,she came into taber hospital now she has to use strong medicine to fight the wrong medicine she got from bowisland hospital doctor out of her system ,who ever needs to go to the emergency DONT go to bowisland doctors they don't know what they are doing, first they are grumpy that you come there then they gave you the wrong medicine that you almost hafe to die

The staff was amazing the doctor was great. He gave me the name and paper all about what the problem was and how to help treat it faster. They explained everything very well. Despite the small wait time its a great small town hospital. Would definitely recommend this one over taber. You guys are doing great, keep it up❤

If I could give this place a lower rating than 1 star, I would l. Because my wife and son have been there for 3.5 hours already, "and still WAITING!!" This is a very unbusy place. It should not take so long to do blood work. I'm not impressed. Nobody moves. They sit around, just yappin away and pretend they don't know you're there. This is people you're dealing with for crying out load!!

On behalf of our family thank you from the bottom of our hearts for the highly professional, skilled, and compassionate care you provided for our loved one (wife, mother, sister, aunt), while she was in your care. The Doctors, nursing team, dietary, recreation, administrative team and housekeeping staff were supportive, dedicated, and caring. Communication with the family was timely and very much appreciated. The whole team provided respectful care that went above and beyond the call of duty and we could not be more grateful for your hard work and dedication caring for the elderly. Thank you for your excellent care we really appreciated it.

The bosses and supervisors at this hospital are horrible! most should be fired and some should be retrained. You all should be ashamed of yourselves for the way you treat your workers!👎especially the huge who drives the charger. She gets people fired so she can recommend a friend or hers who lost there job because of the pandemic and then that person is hired. Then the mother of the one who was hired gets hired aswell because someone else was fired. Pure bullshit👎

What a beautiful hospital bow island was 20 years ago but not anymore bought my dad in the emergency room and this male guy works there he thinks he owns the hospital he is the head coach in there he is so darn rude to all the people if he has a family problem he should not come to work like this and this goes out to Dr Joyce to the new doctor 😷 maybe stay in your country and miss treats your people not ours old 🧓 people please and thank 🙏🙏🙏🙏🙏🙏🙏🙏🙏🙏🙏🙏🙏

Hate this hospital. No one moves they sit and chitchat all day. Have been here for 5 hrs and still waiting. The doctor sits in front of her computer the whole time. If someone was in a life ending emergency they would have come here only to die.
