My experience with Bis Safety has been educational and supportive. As with all new software there is a learning curve, Bis Safety made this a priority and they gave one on one support and did not limit the time. The partnership has been great, they listen to my concerns and ideas and evaluate them for possible improvements to the system, todate, two or three of mine have been accept. I did not expect that.
