J'ai séjourné à cet hotel en mai 2011. C'était durant le Maple Flags. Hotel simple mais très propre. Il y a un mini frigo ainsi qu'une cafetière. Près de la réception il y a un restaurant.Buffet du matin, un peu cher mais vous avez l'option d'aller dans tous les restaurant à service rapide (Tim Horton, Subway ......) Si vous êtes à Cold Lake pour visiter des militaires, sachés que cet hotel est situé à 5 minutes de la base 4 wing Cold Lake. J'y suis allé durant le Maple Flag. Si vous aimez tout ce qui vole, allez a Cold Lake durant cette période car vous aurez un spectacle aérien du matin au soir. Il y a une piscine mais vraiment petite. Un ordinateur est à votre disposition à la réception. Ne manqué pas d'aller voir le lac, il est très grand et il y a une plage avec parc pour enfants.

This is my preferred hotel for business travel to Cold Lake. The staff are always so friendly and helpful, and the property is nicely maintained. The parking lot is a bit small which can be an issue with those with larger vehicles, but it's located right in the center of town, close to grocery stores and restaurants. The outside access motel-style rooms are very convenient for loading/unloading field gear, especially in the winter. Highly recommend this hotel!

Was pleasantly surprised with this Great Western property. It has a Smitty's Restaurant as part of it as well as a liquor store and gaming lounge. It also has a pool with water slide and hot tub. The fitness centre is also pretty decent! I had a room in the main part of the hotel (interior corridors) and it was quiet and the rooms are in good shape.

We stayed here for our sons hockey playoffs. Our visit wasn't a good experience. We were parked in their parking lot and the bob cat was clearing the snow he was pushing snow beside our truck, my husband was sitting in the truck he felt the truck move but didn't think anything of it just thought it was snow. Wasn't until I came out and looked and there were scratches above the wheel well of my truck. We had to get to my son's hockey game so when we got back he was still clearing snow so my husband went over to him and said you scratched my truck. So he gets out to come look at it and takes the palm of his hand and rubs all the dirt in scratching it more and says that will buff out. It's down to the metal and now with more scratches all around it from him rubbing it hard with his hand. He says sorry thats it. So we go talk to the manager of the hotel Joan and she says she will get security to check the cameras. Then shes says sorry where we are parked they cant see anything on the camera it doesnt go that far she tells us. How convenient right. sorry but there's nothing we can do you can file a police report if you like. The guys saying he didn't hit the truck when my husband was sitting in the truck. She kept saying why didnt your husband tell him right away why did you wait. I told her we had to get to my son's hockey game and when we got back he went and spoke to him. Just trying to put the blame on us. She did absolutely nothing for us but say sorry! So I'm expected to pay for the damages their bobcat driver caused to my truck.

I love this hotel. I’ve stayed here a TON and the cost vs amenities and service are fantastic. The employees are great and the jacuzzi room is my favorite. The pool has a slide which is so much fun for the kids..a nice whirlpool..tons of towels for ease. Clean and cozy..restaurant and bar attached..honestly this is my favorite little getaway in town.

We are a family of 5 with 2 adults and 3 teenagers. The room fit us great. We had 2 queen beds and a side room with a double in it. There was a lot of room for us, with a small kitchen area that had a small fridge, sink and microwave. The pool was nice and the complimentary breakfast at Smittys was nice. The staff was very friendly. And the location was in the middle of north and south cold lake. Perfect for our trip to Kinoso ski hill. We would book here again.
