Great location, great food but the rooms need a decent upgrade even though it was done a few years ago. The service side could be a little more courteous to the people who are there for work reasons and when they come in to clean rooms

Was a bit nervous to book here looking at the other reviews but was very pleasantly surprised. Front lobby is very nice, then you get to the hallway to the rooms and it's kind of concerning but nothing too bad. The room was clean, looked very good and was very reasonable for the price.

$640/week seems expensive for a small town such as Beaverlodge. And having fire alarms go off on Mon Jan 22 2024 at around 12:50am off and on till around 1:30am was less than pleasant. I didn't have luck using the wifi, and I didn't see any usb plugs anywhere in the room. Also, there were not many powered receptacles to begin with. There is only one channel on the TV. ABC? On the plus side my room was neat and clean. The bath was quite nice. With strong water pressure and good heat. Staff were also friendly. There is an in house restaurant that has above average food. And there is a pub almost touching the building. Be aware though. My colleague paid around $50 for a 6 pack of beer.

If you’re staying in Beaverlodge/Hythe area, this is the place to stay! Complete transparency- the rooms could use an update/refresh but that’s solely the business owners responsibility. I haven’t spoken to the owner but I get the sense that will happen in time. The rooms are clean and scent free despite the former.

The staff are amazing, some of the best people I’ve ever had the pleasure of staying with. My partner and I travel constantly; I can confidently say, after staying everywhere under the sun, that the staff here are better than any other hotel/accommodation we have ever had.

I work with businesses and rapid development- let me say this, I would hire every single one of you to work for me at the drop of a hat. You cannot put a price on human interaction, Beaverlodge motor inn employees simply make each interaction priceless.

Absolutely Appalling and worst customer service Ever!! |I called and asked for a pet friendly room and was told that yes there was one available. Arrived at the motel at 11pm to check in and again confirmed it was for a pet friendly room, she rang me through. I asked which door that I could bring my dogs in and she said “the side door”.|Got my stuff walked into the hotel room with dogs and the SMELL was like Death. |My cell instantly started ringing and the room phone and it was the front desk calling to ask “do you have pet with you, that’s not a pet room and you need to pay for pet”||Absolutely APPALLING!!!!||While I was checking in the clerk had her cell on speaker and there was a gentleman speaking Chinese to her. I’m presuming he gave her heck hence why I was demanded to leave the room.||The room was so disgusting that you’d have to pay me and my dogs to stay there.||Do yourself a favor and drive 10mins to Hythe. Beautiful hotel with amazing staff and they only charged me half price for the room after I told them about my horrific experience at the Beaverlodge Motor Inn.||Never Again and I’ll be sure to tell everyone what a scuzzy run and operated hotel it is. 🤮

You walk into the lobby and it looks decent...go through the doors to the rooms and it smells like must and mold. We went into our room and it was disgusting...we asked for a better room..the next didn't have mold on the wall but it was equally as disgusting. Old chipped up mismatched furniture...a fold up camping table for a desk.was the newest thing in there. Carpets were old and gross. I slept fully clothed on top of the bed sheets. NEVER AGAIN
