I will recommend these guys every time. The service is always incredible, and the staff are super helpful and make sure that you are getting exactly what you need.

Last week my 11yo son and I arrived at the store 15 minutes before closing, hoping that we could just drop off his chromebook for service and MAYBE have a quick convo about buying another Chromebook for my other son sometime soon - before they closed.

The guy at service said he could look at the chromebook right then and there - even though they were minutes from closing. And that I could go talk about my purchase while I waited. I was able to discuss my purchase, actually buy the new laptop, AND walk out of the store with a fixed chromebook as well.

The service tech even offered to power up the new laptop for us while we were there, which he did.

Three members of the staff helped me, all of whom were super friendly and helpful - reassuring me when I apologized for keeping them late, that it wasn't a bother at all.

My son kept remarking about some little characters they had scattered all over the store (Intel Bunny Men figures from the 90s). They told us about how they had been in the store for 20+ years. When we finished and were getting into our vehicle, one of the staff rushed outside to give my son one of the figures. He couldn't have been happier.

Thank you, BCom, for making that visit such a wonderful experience. We will continue to come back (next time maybe a little earlier), and I hope that others do too!

Went in last minute to get a network adapter installed. Technicians took my computer in and installed the adapter same day. Working great so far. I appreciate the help they provided and would recommend them to anyone looking to bring in their rig to be fixed/upgraded

Decided to check them out one day. Small, not a lot of stock and was totally going to get a new GPU that their website said was normal stock and would have been cheaper than memory express, but they were all sold out. The individual I dealt with was pleasant enough, I think tho for any of my PC parts needs I will just continue to go to Memory Express in the future.
