Taking note that this is an older brick walled building, what is important is the rooms a person checks into. From our perspective they are excellent. The decor is simple but decorative by creative bed coverings. Each room has the usual TV, cable, coffee machine etc. The manager was polite and attentive to our needs. Thank you Armstrong Inn, we will come and stay again!

Great stay, exactly what we needed! I called ahead and asked for a ground floor room which they graciously assigned to us. Spacious room, updated bathroom, owner brought us a bath stopper when we asked for one, cold air conditioning, fast internet, and they had a patio and green space right outside our room with a parking spot which made going in and out of the room super easy! Also very close to restaurants and the grocery store which was helpful.

The owner of this hotel went above and beyond to accommodate me during my stay. He was flexible and generous with his time. The hotel is clean and within walking distance of shopping, grocery, restaurants and cafes. There is an attached liquor store with great selection in every category.

Anything other than one star is fake. This place is a dirty dump. Smells like cigarettes, hairs in the bedding. The only thing better this place has that’s better than sleeping in your car, is a shower. Way over priced for what you get. Do yourself a favour and find somewhere else to spend your money- it can’t get much worse than this. It’s worth the drive to Vernon to get a decent place to sleep. We don’t smoke- that’s how we could smell the smoke🙄 and we didn’t get kicked out, we were there with our kids. Oh, and the deck door didn’t lock. Real safe-NOT

Called to make a booking and was easy and great price. We were in Armstrong for a Halloween fireworks show and owner was great with helping us find proper and secure parking for our equipment. The rooms are updated, clean and beds were very comfortable. Location of close to the highway without the noise, and it is located in a convenient spot for stores and restaurants. We appreciated the assistance of the owner very much and will stay again.

Awesome place to stay. Beds and rooms are super cozy, and comfortable, rooms are nicely renovated and clean with awesome wifi in each room and staff is extremely helpful and understanding and always willing to help 5/5 definitely would recommend

We just stayed there for 3 nights and unfortunately I made the mistake and didn’t check the room before paying. I don’t know where those reviews come from but this motel is everything but clean.bathroom : on top of the electric heater , so much dust and other people’s hair, bottom of the toilet the same. Sink cabinet not washed out in a while. Room: not one of those drawers have been cleaned, sticky food and dirt, but the worse was those bed sheets, although it seemed they where washed, they had a lot of stains, mattress cover was washed what looked like bloodstains a lot. I didn’t bother saying anything cause the way this place looked I doubt I would have gotten a clean room anywhere, I already paid and just had no time dealing with trying to get my money back and go somewhere else. My fault for not checking first. Very upset and disappointing tho
