Appliance Repair Services did a repair on our French Door fridge, they were very timely arriving following our online booking.
Ivan, the technician who came to our home, was very courteous, professional and able to source parts quickly. The damaged parts were replaced, our fridge is working perfectly and we could not be happier with the service. Excellent service! I would give them 10 stars if I could. Nick came on time, identified the problem, gave me the quote, clearly explained what happened and gave his honest opinion on 'repair' vs 'buy new' situation. Highly recommend - very professional and experienced! Would use them again.

Stay away from this company…. I would give them zero if i could….
The most unreliable company and services being provided by them. They have been playing with us since March 29th up until now May 27th The technician kept getting the wrong part and every time we had to wait for them to get an answer. In the end, they are saying it will cost this much. I can just buy a new stove for that price. The technician mentioned that we will get our $200.00 back in refund but the agent who has been emailing me keeps saying no u only getting $74 because $120 is for diagnostics fees. When nothing was fixed why should i pay for diagnostics fees? You could have told me sooner instead of wasting my time for TWO WHOLE MONTHS. Scam scam scam and never trust this company to come and repair any of your appliances. All they do is waste your time and have the technician basically lie to you that you will get your full refund back. It’s not my fault that your technician doesn’t know. If he said we are supposed to get full refund. You should be offering for full refund as he didn’t fix anything!!!

I'm very impressed with this Appliance Repair Service. I received a $40 discount for emailing them a request for them to service my Samsung washing machine. They got back to me very quickly and Nick called to let me know that he was 25 minutes away! Wow! The best service!

Filled out the form on the website with my issues late at night. By the time I woke up there was an email with some appointment options. I selected between 4-7 the next day. At 2:45pm I got a call from Ivan saying that if I was around he could come early. He showed up 20 min later and within 15 min had the issue identified and presented me with my options. He was super professional and explained things to me. At the end he cleaned up everything really well as well. Will absolutely be using this company again for all my appliance needs and would definitely ask for Ivan!

Definitely recommend these folks. They were friendly, responsive and had a technician to my house the next day to help diagnose the issue.
These folks are very willing to work with you, with a proper price point. Not gouging and not undercutting but a fair cost for excellent service.

Tech came to my house to fix a dryer with a power failure, showed up within given timeframe, he was courteous, polite, engaging, knowledgable, and answered any questions i had. gave me different options for solutions and was able to fix on site. fast and reliable! will 100% recommend to friends and will call again.
