Justin is an absolute lifesaver! On my mom's 93rd birthday, her 70-year-old gravity furnace stopped working just before a cold snap. I was desperate to troubleshoot with a technician but every company I called only offered to book a service call without much urgency. When I reached out to Airology, Justin answered the phone directly! He immediately understood the situation and asked thoughtful questions, like how we were doing and the temperature inside the house - something no one else had bothered to ask. During his first visit, Justin carefully inspected the furnace to ensure it was in good condition, safe to use, and worth repairing. He was optimistic throughout, reassuring us that he'd have it up and running soon. Within 3 hours, the furnace was fixed with a new power pile! Justin even took the time to teach us how the old furnace works and what repairs might be needed in the future. To top it off, he gave my mom a birthday discount! Justin is honest, compassionate and truly an expert in his field. Airology feels like family - they genuinely care about their customers. Highly recommend!

Highly recommend Justin and his team. From rushing to inspect our broken furnace, to fair no-BS pricing options, the experience was excellent. I got a top of the line furnace for less than competitors were charging for a hyped up low end unit. Justin came and fixed our furnace this morning! He was kind, respectful and caring! We called around to a few places before we got into contact with this company. The other places were pretty rude to us on the phone but Justin was so kind and explained pricing to us and even tried to help us over the phone. I booked a furnace tune up and inspection as our 18-year furnace was working ok but leaking rusty water last summer when the AC was running. I was sure we were going to be told we need a new furnace or at the very least an expensive repair. Justin thoroughly explained the issue and showed me an area of potential concern with his inspection camera. He reassured me that there was no need to repair or replace the furnace at this time and told me what to watch out for. Coincidently that day my new Google Nest thermostat was being glitchy and he happily had a look and re-wired it for me. All this for a very fair price. His professionalism and honesty are so refreshing, and I will 100% will be calling Airology for future HVAC issues.
