I never had the chance to meet Jeremy but did arrange work for my mom on the phone. He was very pleasant to deal with, candid about the work that needed to be done, and extremely prompt given that my mom's furnace wasn't working and she was without heat in -20°. From the time I called him, to the time the job was completed and my mom's heating was up and running again was less than 4 hours. The job was going to be expensive and he was 100% transparent about that from the get-go. Amazing work and highly recommend him. I always try to support independent businesses before big companies and I would have him back in a heartbeat.

Jeremy is very knowledgeable and professional. During our furnace service there was a part that wasn't operating properly. He secured the component quickly and was back the very next day to install it. Quick and clean job. Also answered a few other questions I had and provided good recommendations. Didn't know who to call for furnace repairs. Airman wasn't my first choice as another furnace company was recommended. The other company never called me back (still hasn't called), another friend recommended Airman. I called and left a message for Airman and Jeremy called back right away. After a conversation about what I needed he ordered the part and made arrangements to perform the service the next day. However, the part didn't come in on time so we rescheduled service for later in the week. I thought I could wait but Friday night my finance crapped out. I sent him a text Saturday morning and he showed up at my home with the part that morning. Jeremy fixed my furnace and gave me tips about the type of filters I should use for my furnace's longevity (I picked them up and installed one that day). Jeremy not only gave me a break on my bill but didn't charge anything extra for helping me out on a Saturday. Jeremy's extremely knowledgeable in his field, accountable and professional. If you're in search of any air control services don't waist your time waiting for call backs or worrying about the integrity of who you hire for help with your home's air comfort or quality. Airman is the only one you should call. Thank You for giving my family your Saturday morning without hesitation Jeremy. Wow!!! Can I just say that this guy is amazing. I initially got a quote from a different company telling me that my compressor for my AC is a problem then they sent me a quote to replace entire unit for $8000. I decided to get a second opinion and this company, Airman Heating & Air Conditioning is professional, knowledgeable, efficient and amazing. The guy came in, knew exactly what the problem was and fixed and we are back and feeling cool and comfortable in our home. Competitive rates. Thank you again.

Highly recommend Jeremy from Airman Heating And Air Conditioning Inc. Jeremy came to give us a quote last week for AC, gave us an estimate, beat out our other quotes and came today to install. During the -30 cold snap I woke up in the middle of the night to no heat. Within 60 minutes of contacting Jeremy, he was at my home and was able to fix my furnace. And even though he had many many more service calls to attend, he took the extra time to educate me on my furnace and offer some suggestions to make it run more efficiently. Incredible service! Our thermostat broke while we were away for the weekend. I emailed Sunday evening requesting an appointment, he was able to come Monday morning and a new thermostat was installed quickly and efficiently.
