We hardly need to contact them however since they do such a phenomenal job on the backend of things. Luke and his staff are the friendliest people and so accommodating with our schedules. We switched to using Accurate Services two years ago. Since then, they have provided us with consistently high service and responsiveness. Accurate matches technical competencies, with common sense solutions, and experienced long term staff who are happy and friendly.

Accurate has assisted us with moving from four (4!) servers to a cloud based system, at a lower price by assisting us with not-for-profit licensing from Microsoft.

When you look at this companies web site and look at all the employees. There is something to note, white people only make up 60% of the population of Canada but 95% of their employees. I am frankly quite tried of the racism in the IT Services Industry and this comes from, predominately white management, and HR staff that are mostly white and female. This is systemic racism in a nutshell. They have no way to fix this because they didn't even realize what they were doing was so obvious. Get your IT Services from companies with a more racially diverse staff. Also keep in mind there are only about 50 Indigenous certified IT professionals in Canada. 9% of the population and only 0.01% of all IT staff. Racism in Canada is alive and well.
